CANCELLATION POLICY
Time is of the essence, both yours and ours, so if you need to cancel an appointment we would ask you in providing 24 hours notice so that another client can be allocated this time. Cancellations at short notice may result in a cancellation fee. Gift vouchers will have 50% redeemed.

ARRIVAL
Please arrive 15 mins prior to your appointment to allow yourself time to change and fill out your personal consultation form. Late arrivals will be subject to reduced treatment times.
