Refunds

This policy is applicable to all MG’S Hair & Beauty products and services. In purchasing any products from MG’S Hair & Beauty you agree that you have read, understood and accepted the terms and conditions of the Refund Policy. Do not purchase any products if you do not accept these terms.

MG’S Hair & Beauty is committed to providing high quality products and services. In the event you are not satisfied with your purchase, the following refund policy explains our terms and conditions.

General refund policy

If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase, please return the goods within 7 days for a full refund, unfortunately we cannot refund goods that have been opened.

We cannot refund freight changes on delivery & return of goods.

Shipping

All shipping is carried out through Australia post eParcel which is a trackable service with a signature required on delivery. Please provide an address where someone will be available during business hours to receive and sign for the parcel, otherwise collection from your local post office will be necessary. Australia Post eParcel can deliver to any location in Australia, including PO Boxes.

If you supply a business address please ensure you include the business or company name in the address field.

Shipping is $10 flat rate (delivery is usually between 5-10 working days of the order)

Express Post service is available for a flat rate of $12 (1-2 days)
